Every user gets 100 free connector calls a month, with no credit card required. The allowance refills on the 1st of each month, so an idle month costs you nothing and a heavy month simply waits for the reset. Free covers the connectors available on every plan: SEC, RRC, EPA, USGS, NOAA, BLM, EIA, and more. Licensed bring-your-own-key vendor sources are not included on Free. If you need more than 100 in a month, choose a plan.
A connector call is a successful tool execution against a data source (SEC EDGAR, WellDatabase, RRC, and so on). Failed calls are never billed. Your free monthly allowance draws down only on successful top-level connector calls, so PatchOps discovery and search do not consume it. On Professional and Team, every successful tool call in the billing period counts toward the included allotment.
Professional includes 10,000 calls a month and Team includes 75,000 pooled across the organization. Going over the allotment does not cut off access, and PatchOps does not automatically charge per-call overage. Email support@patchops.ai and we will right-size the plan with you. Enterprise volumes are set in the contract.
Yes, 14 days, and there are two ways in. Verify a premium vendor credential you already own while on the free tier and premium connectors open for 14 days with no card. Or take the trial at first-time Professional checkout, where you add a payment method up front and billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel. The trial runs once per account.
BYOK (bring your own key) means you connect subscriptions you already hold (WellDatabase, Enverus, iWell, Corva, NOV WellData, EnergyLink, OpenInvoice, and more) through PatchOps. You provide the API key, we provide the AI-ready connector, and your vendor terms stay yours. Premium connectors are included on Professional, Team, and Enterprise. Free covers every other connector: the public and government sources need no credential at all, and tools like Microsoft 365 or GitHub work on Free with your own login.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month by default. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the renewal and your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for. Annual plans (2 months free) are billed upfront for the year.

PatchOps ships 283 connectors in total: 17 are licensed vendor systems that need Professional or higher, and the other 266 are available on every plan, including Free.
Yes. All traffic to and from the PatchOps MCP server is encrypted in transit (TLS), and your credentials and BYOK API keys are encrypted at rest. MCP calls run in isolated sandboxes, and connector arguments are validated before they leave the sandbox.
