PatchOps Terms of Service
These Terms describe how to use PatchOps and what you can expect from the Service. PatchOps is custom-built and continues to evolve.

- Paid plans are billed through Stripe with usage-based overages.
- We may update features as the platform evolves.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PatchOps. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. PatchOps is entirely custom-built, and we reserve the right to improve or refine features as we evolve.
Service Overview
- PatchOps manages MCP connections and provides a dashboard for analytics, usage, and billing.
- We host MCP endpoints that route tool calls to your configured providers.
- Code execution and prompt tracking features support MCP workflows.
Acceptable Use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and within your authorized access.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or authentication.
- Do not abuse MCP endpoints or interfere with other users.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for securing credentials.
Your Data
- You own the data and credentials you provide and the outputs you generate.
- You grant PatchOps a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to connect and access third-party data.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. PatchOps is not responsible for third-party service availability, data accuracy, or downtime.
Billing & Plans
- Paid plans are billed in advance and processed securely through Stripe.
- Usage limits apply per plan; overage charges may apply if enabled.
- We send usage alerts and billing notices to the email on file.
- Taxes may be added where required. Pricing may change with notice.
Suspension & Termination
- You can cancel your account at any time.
- We may pause access if required to protect the Service or other users.
- Upon termination, access to the Service ends and data may be deleted per the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers & Liability
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- PatchOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
