Setup
A few steps to connect your AI agents to PJM Data Miner.

Get Credentials
Generate a key from PJM Data Miner.

Add Credentials in /mcp
Open the connector card and submit your credential.

Connect Your AI Agent
Copy the MCP URL from /mcp into Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client.

Start Querying
Call the PJM MCP tool with method=listDatasets.

Open Claude settings
Launch Claude, click the profile button (bottom left), and go to Settings.

Access connectors
Open the Connectors tab, scroll to the bottom, and click “Add custom connector”.

Name your connector
Enter any name you’d like for this connector.

Get the connector URL
Log in to PatchOps, open the /mcp page, and copy the connector URL you want to use.

Add the connector
Paste the URL into the “Remote MCP server URL” box and click Add.

Start using
Your PJM Data Miner connector is ready to use in Claude.
