`getServiceInfo`	Schema, record counts, and enum values for any of the 8 services.

About

Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet (EEC) data published via the agency host in the WGS84WM_Services folder (169 services in WGS84 Web Mercator). Per the Batch L plan, KY EEC folds in the state-lands hub. Curated layers (8): Ky_Permitted_Mine_Boundaries_WGS84WM layer 0 (~22,526 SMCRA mining permit polygons with PER_TYPE PERMANENT 11,855 / INTERIM 5,083 / PRE LAW 1,242, ACT_INAC Released 16,531 / Active 1,649, MINE_STATU 18 distinct codes RC 14,389 / FF 2,035 / A1 383 / P1 243); Ky_Wastewater_WGS84WM layer 1 WWTPs (~251 with KPDES, DES_CAP, HYDR_CAP, TREATMNT, EFDESTTYPE); layer 2 Package Treatment Plants (~461); layer 5 WWTP Outfalls (~681 KPDES discharge points); Ky_KNP_Heritage_Land_Conservation_Fund_WGS84WM layer 0 (~298 polygons with UNIT_TYPE 14 distinct: Local Park/Preserve 85 / State Nature Preserve 56 / State Park 29 / State WMA 29 / State Forest/WMA 20 / National Park 17, MA_OWNER 60+ distinct including county fiscal courts); Ky_KNP_State_Nature_Preserves_WGS84WM layer 0 (~31 polygons); Ky_KNP_Natural_Areas_WGS84WM layer 0 (~7 polygons); Ky_StateForests_WGS84WM layer 1 (~56 polygons). Section 0 spec drift caught: the agency host is raster-only (imagery / DEM / point cloud) and is dropped. EEC eSearch / eForms are HTML-only and rejected per Section 0a. kygisserver is occasionally flaky, so the handler retries once on 502/503/504. State Forests targets layer 1 (layer 0 is StoryMap labels). Permitted Mine PermitNo can be a single space (legacy missing). All services are in EPSG:3857; the handler emits direct lon/lat. Last verified live 2026-05-07.
