Step by step

    Open connectors

    In Claude, open Settings > Connectors and click "Add custom connector".

  2. 2

    Paste the URL

    Name it PatchOps and paste https://patchops.ai/api/mcp as the server URL, then click Add.

  3. 3

    Sign in

    Click Connect and sign in to PatchOps when Claude asks.

  4. 4

    Start using

    Ask Claude a question. It uses First Advantage through PatchOps when it needs to.

    Get REST API Access

    Obtain an API token or OAuth client credentials from First Advantage.

    Add Credentials in /mcp

    Open the connector card and submit your credential.

    Connect Your AI Agent

    Copy the MCP URL from /mcp into Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client.

  4. 4

    Start Querying

    Begin asking your AI agent questions about your First Advantage data.
